In8Sync Get Item Fulfillments
We have been investigating on this and found that we did make the request to 3PL on May-28 - 31st every 15 mins but we did not receive any shipment data from 3PL.
When script runs every 15 mins, it updated the setting with the latest pull date and time and so in next execution it just looks for the latest requests that were generated in last 15 mins.
We can change the last pull date but that needs to be done using NS API.
Please open a case with us if it happens again and we can change the date to pull the missing data.
